DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify market for selling strategy and evaluate the strategy for maximum target result Create sales database and analyze sales data Ability to make a sales forecast Responsible for visits to distributors, wholesalers, SMEs, and Industry. Facilitating the process of handling customer complaints and problem to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently and increased customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing department in developing sales and promotions. Identify, foster, and motivate subordinates to ensure ensure performance and goals are achieved
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 5 years experience in the field of Sales & Marketing Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing Management, preferably from Flour mills or Food Industry / FMCG Good communication and presentation skills Service oriented, Good problem solving & decision making Well known with Microsoft Office. Have a driver licensed.
