DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-line response for phone and email IT support requests from small business clients. Use remote access tools on Windows computers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Liaise with clients directly from issue lodgement to resolution. Set up and provide basic support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365 desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hardware. Create new user accounts and provide onboarding information directly to new users. Perform basic network troubleshooting. Provide limited server support. Coordinate with suppliers for additional support. Triaged issues based on severity and escalate quickly when necessary. Proactively identify potential problems for clients through monitoring systems and system checks. Offer additional IT assistance to clients as directed by management, including allocated segments of project work.
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of Technical Support experience from an Australian Telecommunications campaign. College graduate or at least completed 2nd year of college, preferably in Computer Science. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office desktop applications (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with an IT helpdesk ticketing system. Strong motivation to learn more about IT and the ability to self-learn over extended periods. 2 years of IT experience with an Australian account.
