DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot logistics equipment (mobile printers, RF guns, standard printers, network systems) Troubleshoot issues with laptops and warehouse printers Coordinate system maintenance plans with customer's IT department Obtain quotations, coordinate with vendors on installation schedules, and submit quotes to customers for approval for new IT projects Conduct trials on new devices Participate in various automation projects Assist Executive in daily operations planning and attend various audits Any adhoc task/project as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Poly/ ITE graduate specializing in Infocom Minimum 1-2 years of related experience Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining logistics equipment Proficiency in handling IT-related issues within a logistics environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT infrastructure in a fast-paced logistics environment Strong technical background Excellent coordination skills Commitment to delivering high-quality service
