"“KUE IJO” is a small traditional steamed soft green cake with a springy texture, served with grated coconut. We modified “KUE LUMPANG” as it is normally known, into something lighter as well as being a healthy alternative to be enjoy day to day as there is no ‘Santan’ or Coconut Milk used. We only use fresh Pandan and Suji leaves get the flavor and color without using artificial flavor or preservatives. Once you taste it, you will notice from the aroma and texture which are coming from a real pandan leaves and soon you will realize having just one is not enough."
