DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To assist in developing, planning, dealing and implement business promotion programme in line with company strategies or instruction from Key Account Manager.
Establish rapport with Key Account Customer as well as provide accurate and timely information for the decision-making process.
Coordinating with a various internal department in ensuring outstanding execution and result in all promotion.
To secure and communicate promotion plan with Customers as per agreed timeline.
Managing and follow up all promotion and activities in accordance with an approved mechanism.
Monitor and track all promotion and activities executed in accordance with the agreed budget. Ensure all claims are accurate thru monthly AR site in.
Timely resolutions of disputes and discrepancies in compliance with credits control policies and procedure.
An entirely timely report, claims, and all related submission.
REQUIREMENT
Must possess own transport.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
Self-motivated with positive thinking and focuses on delivering high-quality work.
Strong negotiation skills, clear communicator and analytical skills.
Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience in a similar role. Fresh degree graduates are welcomed to apply.
Candidate must possess at least Degree or post graduate diploma in Business.
