REQUIREMENT
Minimum a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent Minimum 8 year(s) of relevant working experience in IT Telco industry, has done aggressive ramp up hiring to 500 headcounts per annum. Prior working experience in MNC co preferably an IT delivery or call center in Msia. Strategic thinking cum operational. Strong leadership skills. Familiar with TA / C&B policy, processes, approach & market practices for MNC standard. Strong data analytic skills. Good presentation skills. Excellent English communications. Mandarin speaking candidate is an advantage. 2 vacancies available.
