Assist Operations Manager to oversee the work of retail store manager and retail supervisors
Visit and check on individual stores to ensure they are fully stocked and operationally efficient
Ensure stores run smoothly and meet stipulated targets
Conduct audit check using store visit checklist and provide feedback and suggestion
Evaluate supervisor and assistant supervisor’s performance
Working hand-in-hand with the HR department to ensure adherence to the company’s rules/guideline, propose disciplinary action for serious cases
Train and motivate retails staff in promoting courtesy and improving customer service standards
Assist in planning and supporting marketing activities eg. Instore demo, promotions. Visit stores to ensure excellent execution
Provide guidance to retail supervisor in the preparations for stocktake, ensure stocktake procedure is adhered strictly on the stocktake day and to maintain the stocks accuracy
Handle customer complaints and issues
Maintain good rapport with all retail staff, customers and suppliers
Make decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
Minimum 4 years of working experience in food/FMCG field or any other related industry
Able to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin
Possess excellent leadership
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Good decision making skill in limited time frame given
