DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in the recruitment process and hiring of all front-line colleagues
Maintain an up to date database for resumes for future facilitation of recruitment needs
Conduct induction / orientation program for all new joiners as per the hotel standards
Receive colleagues’ complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
Maintain an up to date computerized database of all colleagues
Assist the Human Resources Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required
Coordinate with all departments with regard to HR & Training related activities
Assist the Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing colleagues’ sports, social and welfare activities
Maintain files and other information under strict confidentiality
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in hospitality environment
Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration
Must have strong leadership skills, able to motivate and lead colleagues
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Team player and ability to multitask and work under pressure
Possess the ability to make decisions through organizing, planning
