DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for sales achievement in JABODETABEK and WEST JAVA Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products. Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts. Increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts. Direct regular visit to all registered accounts to fullfill their needs. Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities. Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements. Compiling and analyzing each account sales figures.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University Having 4 years working experience in Sales, with the last position as Regional Sales Executive Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products. Posses strong written and verbal communication in English Willing to travel. Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team. Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill. Fresh graduate are considered to apply especially for those who have MT and GT experience
