Provide input to continually refine our external and internal employment brand.
Hold your team accountable with aggressive expectations, in a rewarding and encouraging team atmosphere.
Build close and strategic relationships with our executive team across all functions, including providing strategic focus for priority locations, unique ideas to drive unique applicant flow, and anticipating future needs of the function through an advanced understanding of the business objectives.
Lead enterprise-wide recruiting process improvement efforts for increased efficiency, quality, productivity and client experience.
Prepare analytical reports as necessary for all levels of the organization ensuring the integrity, timeliness and maintenance of the data.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment
Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of state and federal regulations that affect the recruitment and hiring portions of employment
Computer literate with strong Excel skills
A Bachelor degree, any field.
