DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist the Senior HR Executive in handling the full spectrum of HR administration and processes
Process weekly, mid-monthly and end-monthly payroll timely and accurately
Produce the necessary monthly payroll report and reconciliation
Maintain high-level documentation system in line with company requirements
Monitor and maintain the e-Leave System and Time Management System in line with the payroll process
Responsible in monthly EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax and HRDF contributions, ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements and deadlines that are in practice
Prepare and distribute e-payslips electronically to all employees and reconcile the errors in payouts
Ensure that changes to claims and benefits payout formula are captured and changed accordingly in the system
Ensure that the employee master record well updated and captured in the system (both new hires and existing employees)
Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits
Ensure strict compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and practices
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Vast knowledge in payroll specializing in F&B or Hotel industry is preferable
Experience in payroll processing with an accuracy of calculation and timeliness
Knowledge in SAGE will be an advantage
Strong communication skill in both written and verbal in English & Malay
Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
Must possess own transportation
Full-Time permanent position available
