DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure it is in line with the CSMD customer satisfaction objectives
Assist HOD to compile and analyze customer satisfaction survey results from branches for service improvement
Assist HOD to develop & implement customer service campaigns effectively to improve customer engagement and enhance customer service performance
Maintain the track record of customer feedback, inquiry and complaints and interaction properly to assist in customer service delivery
Perform administration duties, handle correspondence, documentation and follow up functions
Periodically conducts interview/surveys of customers to further enhance customer service performance in branches
Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments to gain information and resolve customer issues
Carry out any other duties or projects as and when assigned by immediate superio
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline with at least 1-year experience in similar industry
Good spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin
Able to work independently and under pressure
Able to interact with all levels of people
