DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Overseeing office efficiency through established office systems, including procurement of equipment and the purchase of programme supplies, purchase and maintenance of stationery and office supplies, maintaining good filing systems and records and running errands (e.g. bank and handling local/overseas courier and postal arrangements)
Supporting bookkeeping and HR matters
Assisting travel and hotel bookings for staff
Handling license and work permit applications and renewals
Handling incoming calls and following up with business leads
Organising internal company activities
Managing data entry and updating CRM (our database management)
Corresponding and liaising with key vendors and suppliers for quotations and bookings
Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned -|- Skills and Qualifications:
Education level: SPM
1-3 years of experience in office administration: proven office management and administrative skills, including strong organisational and planning, budgeting and cost management skills
Solid computer/ IT knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
Excellent command of both spoken and written, English and Bahasa Melayu
Good typing skills in English
Responsible, detail-oriented, highly motivated, able to multi-task and a team player with a strong willingness to learn
Website support and maintenance desired but not a necessity
Social media and graphic design skills is an advantage and highly desired
Available to start immediately (preferred)
