Provide personalised service to phone-in and email enquiries from third party vendors’ customers Provide timely, accurate and quality responses to third party vendors’ customers Provide immediate attention to the third party vendors’ customers feedback and respond with appropriate resolution Comply to all the agreed processes and procedures Liaise with internal and external parties including third party vendors Achieve the productivity and quality targets set
REQUIREMENT

Degree, Diploma, GCE 'A' or 'O' level with working experience in the service industry Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English Pleasant and cheerful personality Ability to build rapport with customers and to understand their needs Possess strong PC and internet skills 5 days work week / Office hours
