DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage a large administration team to drive on new initiatives, as well as ensure a smooth office operation in the areas of office supplies, facilities management, security system, etc. Ensure successful project deliveries, prepare annual administration budgets, monitor and control the expenses Update the administration policies/ operational procedures, and ensure perfect alignments and implementations Hands on experience in facilitating or organizing company meetings, events and activities Support new program development and drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is preferable Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in managing company drivers, chef will be an advantage Experience in leading office renovation and relocation projects is a must Mature, proactive, detailed-orientated and well organized Able to work effectively both independently and as a team member Able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin Occasionally travel to China is required
