DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Have good English proficiency & Computer literate,
Ability to work professionally with international agents / network and International freight forwarder ( MNC/Multi National/ EUROPE Company ).
Must posses at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the shipping / airlines / GSA / forwarding business / Werehouse Company
Have good business knowledge: logistics activities, air/land/sea transportation, customs clearance process.
Have non-technical skills: presentation, public speaking, analytical, problem solving, managerial skill.
Have manager/assistant manager background specializing in forwarding company and/or logistics industry.
Trustworthy, enthusiastic, highly motivated.
Ability to sell service to shippers and negotiate with vendors.
Willingness to work under profit target and in a teamwork.
