DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts Provide information to customers inquiry in relation to products and services including, but not limited to billing and rate plan, customer retention, data product and service and addition of new line of service Answer queries and support in troubleshooting and technical problems
REQUIREMENT

Open to High School graduates with at least 6 months call center experience Minimum of 6 months BPO experience Average verbal and Written English Communications Skills Willingness to work in Alabang
