- Manage and monitor backend system for a Live Streaming App. - Responds to customers‘ complaints and questioning - Provides customers information regarding products and services offered - Directs customers to the relevant department when needed. - Tend to customer for their top up needs and to guide them accordingly to ensure a seamless transaction.
