DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and provide guidance to the plant accounting team is their daily tasks.
Review and approve transactions of goods receiving, issuance to production and changing on bills of material.
Update and roll up in QAD for any approved new item code of raw material purchased and new items of finished goods.
Adjust, post, reconcile, recap and reclass all plants transactions according to authority level.
Provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor and record of sales transaction of waste, strip and powder.
Monitor and ensure the movement of goods and assets are according to company’s policy and properly recorded.
Check, input and record the result of cycle count and any inventory adjustment after approval.
Control on petty cash including cash count and cash advance realization.
Control and analyze on account payable including completeness of document for payment and calculation on tax deduction such as VAT, income tax, etc.
Review payroll calculation of all plants for level of below than managerial level.
Regular audit on HR&GA, warehouse and logistic, operation, etc.
Conduct semi-annual and annual company-wide stock count.
Part of the team in preparing financial budget, especially for preparing data of production costs.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of 15 years working experience, with minimum last 5 years as Plant Accounting Manager from national or multi national manufacturing companies.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting.
Has solid experience in multi sites and bonded zone manufacturing companies.
Experience in providing cost of goods sold report and supporting analysis of manufacturing company.
Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Has strong analytical thinking, problem solving skill, planning and executing.
Fast pace, detail oriented and able to work cross functionally.
Will be placed in Tangerang Plant.
