DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function.
Provide strategies and execute the sales plan (sales call visitation, etc) of products and services to potential client.
Organize Events, Exhibition, Media Gathering, Press release and other activities
Build and maintain good relationship with media
Ensure all events run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest.
Lead promotional activities for the events.
Do marketing surveys and competitor analysis periodically
Offline and online promotion planning
Social Media Management
Develop marketing strategies that can result a great awareness and increase income from the online and offline marketing / event.
Create a join promo program with partner (e-commerce company, marketplace website, and other partners including principle, other supplier, project partner and end user).
Analyze market competition and competitor activities to have the market insight.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
REQUIREMENT
24 - 30 years old
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree/S1, from reputable university
Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience as a Sales Staff, Business Development in Hospitality Industry (Banquet / MICE, Events, Café, Bar, etc)
Must be sales and target oriented and have strong negotiations skill.
Excellent communication and writing skill (English & Bahasa), computer literate and presentation skill.
Self-motivated, independent, self-drive, proactive, initiative, analytical and pleasant personality.
