DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conduct administrative duties such as scheduling, internal/external meeting arrangement, greeting visitors, filing etc.
Take care new joiner on-boarding / off boarding process, including IT system set-up, desk/stationary arrangement
Manage event calendars for the team leads, handle meeting conflicts and prioritize issues
Make travel arrangements for team leads, support back-office colleagues with business travel arrangement
Accommodate oversea visitor’s needs, including Taiwan Visa application, desk, ground transportation arrangement
Prepare meeting minutes, organize and manage confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing for data retrieving
Support HR on various tasks, assist and coordinate internal/external events
Serve as a contact window with the training center and register training courses for the colleagues
Prepare and process expense request and reimbursement
Organize small and large group meetings
Assist the management team to undertake special assignments, projects, business related tasks
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree or above
Preferable work experience in financial services industry
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin essential
Attention to details with an analytical mind
Fast learner and self-study
Proactive and able to work independently
