DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To assist the day to day customer services and admin activities of the training centre and Purchasing Department.
To perform general office duties include answer all incoming calls, handle caller's inquiries whenever possible and walk in customers.
To prepare certificates and transcripts accordingly
To assist and support the procurement process
To negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the projects.
To generate Purchase Order for approval and forward to respective suppliers.
To expedite and follow up with suppliers for on time delivery to support production and project.
To maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company's SOP.
