DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns. Resolve customer’s enquiries effectively and efficiently to meet customer’s expectation. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Handling Company CRM Systems. Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field. Professional communication both written and verbal. Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English. Required skill: Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving techniques. Must be willing to work during weekends & public holiday. Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
