Achieve annual and quarterly sales and financial target
Manage sales collection
Maintain and Build new relationships/partnership with project stakeholders from developers, consultants and contractors
Maintain and Build new relationships/partnership with project stakeholders from developers, consultants and contractors
Build sales pipeline and register the projects timely and accurately
Follow-up project process from pre-tender up to post-tender stages.
Propose lighting and other solution (cross-selling) in form of specification and business proposal to customers – collaborate with other sales, lighting designers and principals
Actively meet customers and visit projects to get market insights, trend and knowledge
REQUIREMENT
Maximum 30 years old
Minimal Diploma Degree
Having experiences minimal 1 year
Well-groomed.
Honest.
Ready to work according to target
Able to work both individually and in a team.
Have interpersonal skills.
Self motivated, hardworking, excellent attitudes, and team work
Be careful, nimble and have a strong will
Able to operate Microsoft Office
