DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

HR Development Officer is a person in charge in training & development section of Human Resources Department. This role will need you to finish all training administration, be involved in training & development program, and assist company’s development projects. REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Education major (English Education will be preferred), tourism/ hospitality, or other related major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in using English (written and spoken) and computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) Having knowledge in training & development field such as Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training administration will be an advantage Having Driving Licenses (SIM-A and SIM-C) will be an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service knowledge and attitude Creative, active, communicative, and a self-driven person Willing to be placed in Lagoi, Bintan-Kepulauan Riau
