DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Perform routine maintenance of the machine.
2. When problem do arise, an operator troubleshoots to diagnose the problem and determine proper corrective actions.
3. Control the operation of the machine
4. Operate and monitor manual / automatic machines.
5. When problem do arise, an operator troubleshoots to diagnose the problem and determine the proper corrective actions.
6. Check aims to be sure that the part is being cut properly with the program specifications (for CNC).
7. Use computer to upload and download programs from the server to the mill and from the mill to the server. Also, keep current programs on file at the mill (for CNC).
8. Set up and run machine.
9. Any other duties as deemed fit by Head of Department.
REQUIREMENT
1. Operate a safe working equipment by applying safety practice at work while performing duties.
2. Install the correct tooling, secure the work piece, adjust the controls as necessary and monitor the machine. Operators shall ensure that the piece meets the specifications.
