Job Purpose
This job is responsible for performing a wide range of high level secretarial duties and administrative functions for the office of the President and CEO.
Job Scope
Within the limits of company policies, programs, systems and procedure, this job is responsible for and has commensurate authority to carry the following
Implements and supports communication, documentation and coordination activities within the department.
Consolidates weekly reports of sales activities of different plants/branches.
Prepares management reports.
As directed by the President / CEO, prepares drafts, letters /memos and replies to business and/or technical letters and other similar business correspondences.
Schedules and organizes meetings and travel arrangements for the President / CEO as well as for other Executives and Managers.
Assists in hosting hospitality functions for all company’s social activities.
Monitors office and other supplies and facilitates replenishment through cash advance or other applicable ways within company guidelines.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education
College graduate
Experience
With one (1) year related work experience.
Skills / Competencies
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and capable of other general applications. Good in writing and speaking skills. Good customer relation skills.
Responsible for general office administration and supervises assigned janitorial/ messengerial personnel
