Assisting manager in the preparation of budgets ( Annual, quarterly, monthly) and carrying out financial management according to the annual budget indicators
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
Prepare and review financial records and statement report
Have experience day to day finance transactions, cash flow projections, bank relations, prepare AP payment, AR collections, review payment request
Fund management strictly follows the requirements of the group to manage the monetary funds of the legal person of the business department, including the accounting of monetary funds, the management of cash on hand, the allocation of funds, and the inventory of funds, to ensure the timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant accounts, and to ensure the safety of fund management. and the effectiveness of capital turnover
Operation management regularly conducts financial analysis and business summary according to the business development of the business department, provides financial support and improvement suggestions for business development, and promotes the continuous improvement of regional projects under the effective supervision of financial early warning and business analysis.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Accounting
Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Finance Supervisor
Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles and procedures ( reconciliation, accounts payable, financial planning & analysis, taxation and tax regulations)
Required Skill : Microsoft Office, Financial Reporting
Fluent in English (oral & written )
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
Adaptable, collaborative and committed to excellence
