REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information system. • Minimum 2 Years of working experience as a IT Operation, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered • Have the ability to build relationships with business users and have the initiative to work responsibilities. • Experience in Financial Service industry or a Multinational Company is preferred.
