DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible on supervision of over-all production process; monitor all related activities to ensure compliance to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company SOP’s, 5S and other food safety and quality requirements.
Strictly observe daily Production Plan to ensure that the daily requirements of production volume are met in line with the target production capacity.
Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) of the over-all production.
Monitor performance of manufacturing equipments and machinery based on prescribed maximum capacity to determine status of working condition to meet the daily production requirement, while at the same time limiting wastages/ rejects; coordinates with the Engineering/Maintenance Department regarding conduct of Preventive Maintenance.
Suggest costs saving measures/ processes based on analysis and review of production output without sacrificing the quality standards of finished product.
Observe compliance to control measure to ensure that the quality of products is maintained during production processes.
Leads effort for continual improvement by determining causes of non-conformity with product formulations and production/ operational process; suggest measures to improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide necessary support during new product development and start-up of new equipment or process for production.
Maintain high standards of discipline through compliance of company rules and regulations, SOP’s and guidelines while ensuring positive employee relation climate through effective leadership.
Coordinates with Human Resource Department in selecting, orienting, training and developing competent manpower to ensure adequate resources for effective production output/performance.
Monitor closely the performance of all subordinates and facilitate course of action for continual improvement; recommends employment status/ opportunities in line with the outcome of performance matrix.
Enforce implementation of policies relative to high standards of personnel hygiene and sanitation.
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of Food Technology, Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering or any related course
At least three (3) years experience in food manufacturing industry in the same capacity.
With vast knowledge relative to operation of equipment/machines in a production set-up an advantage
With leadership skills and capacity to oversee the technical aspects of food production, especially for bakery industry.
