DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan for sales of pneumatic and hydraulic components. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager. Having experience as a Sales Manager in Pneumatic and Hydraulic components is preferred. Able to drive a car and have a driver's license (SIM A). Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. Domicile in Tangerang, Banten.
