DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and update the master stakeholder and media list Handle monthly publicity value (PV) and coverage report to showcase the efforts of the department Provide support to the logistical arrangement e.g. venue, procurement, photography, etc. for both stakeholder engagement activities and communications of mega events Handle procurement related works e.g. tender briefs for video, photography, venue, event production, etc. for both stakeholder engagement activities and communications of mega events Issue press release and other communication materials
REQUIREMENT

University degree holder, preferably major in Communications or other related disciplines At least 3 years solid experience in the field of Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or Journalism Candidates with less experience may be considered for Executive level Knowledge of public sector, local political environment and sensitive to current issues Strong communications and interpersonal skills Good project management and multitasking skills Detailed oriented, able to work independently and work under pressure
