DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Injecting new ideas and supporting the team head to formulate strategies to engage HKUST members through events and activities and to strengthen their sense of belonging and bonding, as well as following through planning and implementations of such initiatives.
Organizing University-wide events such as the annual Congregation, InnoCarnival and anniversary events, in alignment with the directions of the University as well as targets in terms of budget and timeline; proactively preparing improvement plans after the annual events to further enhance the participants’ experience; and supporting the team head to prepare and execute contingency plans for large-scale events.
Bringing in creative ideas and organizing community outreach events and activities to raise the visibility and deepen the public awareness of HKUST in alignment with the University’s brand position.
Collaborating closely and effectively with various Schools / Offices as well as external service providers to deliver events and programs that fulfil the project objectives as well as management’s expectations.
Serving as the team head’s deputy and helping to oversee the team’s operation when needed.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
