Resolve IT incidents quickly and effectively Respond to user requests by phone, email and chat Respond to automated alerts from servers or security systems Maintain clients’ on-premise and cloud networks in Microsoft and Mac OS environments Work on Windows Desktop, MS Office, Mac OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, network devices Installing and troubleshooting a wide variety of applications (Adobe, Handisoft, MYOB, Geovia, Medtech, BestPractice, iManage, CAD, etc.) Deploy security services in Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop and Windows Server environments

REQUIREMENT

Minimum four years’ experience delivering IT services to business clients with demonstrable skills at Level 2 and 3. Diploma-level IT qualification or higher Microsoft certification desirable Excellent written and verbal English Extensive experience troubleshooting MS Windows, MS Office and Microsoft 365 platforms Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (switch, router, firewall, etc.) and troubleshooting and configuring remote access VPNs / IPSEC tunnels Experience troubleshooting Windows Server issues (DNS, DHCP, IIS, TCP/IP, etc.) configuring and troubleshooting Hyper-V/VMware virtualization platforms Experience with Remote Desktop technologies such as MS Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, VMware VDI, etc.
