DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Formulate, execute and evaluate marketing and promotional strategies on the virtual platform for building brand image. Manage digital/social media platform including content creation and data analysis. Assist to develop and organize online and offline activities to attract young people. Co-work with young people to design and implement innovative services and user experience. Design user experience to enhance young people’s satisfaction on using Integrated Children and Youth Service.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or degree holder in marketing, creative media or equivalent. Experience in digital / social media marketing. Experience in participating or leading service innovation will be an advantage. Passionate and responsible towards youth work, proactive, creative, able to work independently, and possess good interpersonal skills. Good communication, presentation and analytical skills. Proficient in using computer software (MS Office), multimedia production (graphic design, short clips production) and social media application. Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin. Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
