DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Report to the General Manager
Lead a team of 3 subordinates for servicing existing customers as well as devleoping new potential customers
Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to grow the business
Identify potential clients and explore new opportunities within the toy industry.
Develop and maintain good relationship with clients to sustain business growth.
Perform sales initiatives and marketing campaign.
Take care of orders and follow up clients enquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
Attend local and overseas trade fairs and exhibitions
Occasional trips when required
Degree holders in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent disciplines
Minimum 10 years in toys sales & marketing experience for Euro & U.S. market
Experience in dolls or remote control car is an advantage
Good communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Friendly personality, welcoming manner, self-motivated and good team player
