DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures Motivate and develop team members, through range of performance management techniques Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise Manpower Services and delivery team members Handling and lead Software, Hardware & Infrastructure Team Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational structure that supports the needs of the business Budgeting and cost management for infrastructure projects and ongoing operations. Set goals and objectives for operation team, based on company business objectives Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to source and implement solutions. Generate regular reports on IT performance, projects, and key metrics. Create Development Planning supporting to business for every team member
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Have minimum of 5 years experience as Manager Information Technology or anything related to technology position or technology company Experience managing and/or directing an IT/business operation with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT business plans. Proven leadership ability, able to motivate staff to deliver high quality output in line with set priorities Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient infrastructure solutions. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Experienced with various production/operation systems and technologies High Ownership, leadership, and initiative to ensure operation of production and support systems Experience to implement project Delivery server & storage, Migration and Maintain Data Base, and Employee Services
