DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Demonstrated the ability to solve technical problems. Troubleshoot/repair/resolve technical problems/issues related to computer hardware/software/LAN and WAN/internet (Access Point, WAN, LAN). Resolve technical issues promptly via phone, onsite, or remotely. Manage and handle updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas. Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support. Maintain SLA (Service Level Agreements) Manage team (IT Support).
REQUIREMENT

Age maximum of 35 years old. Minimal Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. Have experience minimal 2 years in same position (as IT Supervisor) Works well under pressure, has a good communication, interpersonal skills, able to work multitask with efficiency, has a leadership. Team work player with pleasant personality, neat and self-motivated Up to date with technology knowledge. Strong presentation, interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills. Can join as soon as possible. Work location: North Jakarta.
