DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and partners Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner Train end-users on IT tools and systems Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and trends Develop and update IT documentation and procedures Manage relationships with partner and service providers Resolving program issues
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position. Skills required : MySQL, GIT, Codeigniter/express and Postman/Insomnia. Strong knowledge backend development programming such as PHP / Node.Js is a must. Having experience using with Postman/Insomnia Solid understanding of basic data structures. Self-motivated, quick learner and passionate in development technology. Have an initiative, self motivated, concern to detail, and good in team work. willing to fully WFO in Central Jakarta
