DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work with the business unit in developing business plans, Identify new customers and retain existing customers, Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends, Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development, Coordinate with R&D teams in product development activities. Recommend product enhancements to identify new business activities. Support the marketing division in developing sales and marketing strategies, Conduct product and sales training. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product development and sales solutions, Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old S1 Chemical/ Engineer Have good communication and presentation skills, Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Business & Marketing Experienced in the Coating division, from the paint industry will be an advantage Willing to travel all around Indonesia Able to drive a car and have driving license (SIM A). Good English skills are value-added.
