DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Manage the customer database to build strong relationship with customers and create future potential selling opportunities
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years experience managing a store team within the Luxury Industry Ability to motivate team members, drive productivity and sales Implement Retail Excellence standards across the team Have an existing network of high net worth clients Experience in a leadership role within the region Self motivated with a dynamic personality that can animate the store team
