DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Processing orders by keying into company system and ensure timely invoicing of all orders. Updating back order report, ad hoc internal company billing Coordinate shipments with clients, and handle any issues or discrepancies that arise Raising and processing orders to vendors and create GRN for stock receiving Communicate delivery updates with internal sales team and partners Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work Follow-ups and follow-throughs with team members, vendors and other external agencies as informed Assisting customers with general inquiries and re-route them to the respective person in charge or department
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in any field. Punctual, reliable and agile with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must. Familiar with Sage ERP (ACCPAC) will be an advantage Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the area of backend operation or in other administrative positions Must be willing to put in extra hours (if required) to meet tight datelines, including weekends and public holidays Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must Fluent speaking in: English & Thai What You’ll Be Doing
