DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Consult area management on HR procedures including business processes, procedures and policies to ensure its successful and effective implementation in their respective areas. Govern individual competency assessment processes based on role profile to identify their development needs and career planning. Monitor the implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP) in order to maintain sustainability of employee’s development in all areas. Assist the area management in identifying and analyzing the work force requirements in order to ensure its alignment with the company targets and objectives. Coordinate interface functions between area management and respective HR functions for the resolution of issues to ensure immediate solutions area provided as expected.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, prefer in Law, business management, engineering or psychology. Minimum 5 years working experience in related fields. Knowledge of project management and organization development. Human resources process and system. Solid understanding of labor regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skill . Conflict management. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
