Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years experience in the fashion/luxury retail preferably in a similar role or customer service setting Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results Proven ability to build a lasting relationship with customers and colleagues Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Accuracy and attention to detail Flexibility with working hours including weekend and public holidays Fluent in written and spoken English
