DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in preparing business planning and corporate strategy. Manage the Daily business operation of order management, sales and marketing. To maintain and update corporate social media accounts (IG/FB) on a regular basis. Business development in multiple channels to drive sales and manage the customers and distributors. Plan and execute marketing and branding activities in cooperation with the Marketing &PR agency. Coordinate with internal and external business partners on business operations. Other ad-hoc business project
REQUIREMENT

University degree holder in Business, Finance or other related disciplines with minimum 2-3 years working experience. Minimum 2-3 years of FMCG industry experience with sales & marketing responsibilities Experience in eCommerce and social media tools. Have a genuine passion for the consumer product industry, highly motivated and achievement-driven. Detail-minded with good problem-solving skills. Strong business analytical skills and ability to handle multi-tasks. Proficient in project management. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office and other business analytical tools. Strong financial analytical skill is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
