DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve 100% of the annual revenue target with strategic planning. Preparing MCB budget, quotation & tender management. Proactive maintain existing & grab the lost client, also regularly visiting the potential clients. Updating related business regulations and providing business development if needed. Creating a systematic client database, sales servicing to a potential clients and maintaining good relationships. Actively collaborate with the Operation & Finance Team while maintaining a related financial budget.
REQUIREMENT

Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related major. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably from Battery Electric Vehicle, automotive testing or related industries. Proven experience in marketing management and approaching clients, especially tender from clients. Proficient in negotiation skills, selling skills, complaint handling and computer skills (Ms Office & Google Workspace). Good interpersonal, communication skills, target-oriented, public relations, team player, creative thinking and excellent time management. Work Location : Serpong, Tangerang Selatan
