DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Manage land administration and provide technical advice to other departments/ stakeholders on land related matters.
• Assist in negotiating, coordinating and following up with the appropriate government authorities to get approvals for new land application and renewal requests, as well as submissions for land appeals.
• Conduct site visits in connection with all land-related proceedings, including renewals and application for new titles.
• Oversee and monitor the payment flow of quit rent and assessment.
• Handle licensing, association subscriptions and managing relationship with relevant authorities.
• Liaise closely with the relevant authorities and statutory bodies, contractors and third-party service providers for all land matters.
• Administration and control of the Group’s Land-related Policies.
• Maintain and update all land-related records.
• Organization of Company’s official functions, in-house meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
• Any other ad-hoc task as required under Administration Division.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management or any relevant qualification from recognized universities.
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in the related field.
• Prior experience in handling land related matter is an additional advantage.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Must be willing to travel when required.
