DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Business Development: Identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and growth of the coffeeshop. Growth Strategy: Design and implement effective growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and compile reports to support strategic decision-making. Product Innovation: Drive innovation in product offerings and customer experiences to maintain competitiveness in the market. Operational Excellence : Manage daily cafe operational activities.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Any Major. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preference in the food and beverage industry. Proven leadership skills, team leader and team player Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders Fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change Strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives Deep understanding of coffee and food and beverage industry Willing to be placed in Head Office, Bandung.
