DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide support to the Offline Sales Team, including administration tasks such as drafting proposal letters, creating contract rate templates, managing Group Event Orders, maintaining a recap database, inputting invoices, and reconciling payments. Screen incoming leads interested in booking group events Overseeing the offline sales operations for 2 - 3 branches, including wholesale, retail, and group booking segments
REQUIREMENT

Active students/fresh graduates are welcome to apply Bachelor or Diploma Degree in any major Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy Preferably female Has multitasking skill Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills Demonstrated proficiency in Google Office / Ms. Words/ Excel
