DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the plastic packaging division targeting B2B clients in the automotive industry. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the automotive sector. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities. Customer Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of new B2B clients in the automotive sector. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry. Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions. Set sales targets for team members and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives. Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports. Provide management with insights into market trends, sales performance, and areas for improvement. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Oversee the development and management of contracts and agreements. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
REQUIREMENT

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in plastic packaging manufacturing for the automotive industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of plastic packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and the automotive supply chain. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and drive a sales team toward ambitious targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
